YourCORE6 one on one personal training is designed to cater to the individual who needs or wants specialized, one on one training to reach their fitness or performance goals.
We take the CORE6 Philosophy and personalize it to One on One training. What YourCORE6 lacks in community it amps up in personalization and focus on the individual’s direct growth.

YourCORE6 starts and progresses by understanding the individual through the Physical Readiness Assessment, goal setting, and our in-house Fitness Assessments that areperformed every 6 weeks to measure progress.
CORE6 Groups combine the power of Community, Measurement, Accountability AND Personal Training to release the untapped physical human potential in everyone.

- T-TR @ 5:45AM, 12PM, 4:30, 5:30, 6:30
- Fridays @ 4:30PM
- Saturdays @ 9AM
CORE6 Groups start with understanding the individual through our online Physical Readiness Assessment, goal setting, ongoing in-house Fitness Assessment completed every 6-9 weeks and our partnership with Knoxville Performance Labs for ¼ Bod-Pod and SECCA testing. You are typically in small groups of 6 – 10 individuals working through a structured set of workouts, that are also customized to the individuals in each group.
The CORE6 philosophy spans from our personal and group training, into very customized individual, group and corporate training systems.
We intimately understand the unique needs and demands of the corporation, and fast paced corporate executives. We can customize on-site and offsite training that fits any structure.
High Performance Training:
The demands of the high-performance professional and amateur athlete are unique to the individual, and the sport. Our trainers have worked with high-performance athletes in almost every sport, and understand how to build programs that allow these athletes to get the most out of their bodies in order to perform at the highest levels.
Schools, clubs, and specialized training organizations many times seek to outsource their training by partnering with our trainers. We partner with these organizations to fit their systems, while introducing the key concepts of the CORE6 methodology.
